Put it into practice.

25 tasks across hotspots, drag-and-drop, sequencing, configuration and troubleshooting. Five activities of each type.

Track your first-attempt results

Screenshots show the current product. Study diagrams are conceptual; the practice board uses a generic AI-generated motherboard illustration. These are independent learning tools, not official exam questions or replicas.

A focused Chapter 1 toolkit

For the topics that need another look.

If reading a hardware term feels easier than explaining it, give yourself a place to practice. Review a concept, try a task, and return to the part that didn’t stick.

THE SCOPE, PLAINLY

Chapter 1. Not the whole certification.

The bundle supports selected A+ Core 1 hardware topics. Use the official 220-1201 objectives and your main course alongside it; chapter results are not an exam-readiness score.

A few useful answers.

Know what’s included, what the tools do, and where to start.

What exactly is the $10 bundle?

The Chapter 1 study set and the complete 25-task Chapter 1 practice board. It covers five hardware sections: motherboards, processors, memory, cooling and expansion cards. The free starter remains available separately.

Is this an official CompTIA course?

No. StudyBrain is independent educational material by James Bly. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by CompTIA, and its original practice material is not taken from the live exam. It supports selected 220-1201 hardware topics rather than claiming complete certification coverage.

Can I try it on my phone?

Start with the free starter in your browser. You can enlarge diagrams and previews. Some detailed board activities benefit from a larger screen, so try the sample on the device you plan to use.

How will I get the paid tools?

Paid checkout is temporarily unavailable while secure purchase delivery and tax setup are completed. Please use the free starter for now. This page will explain the verified access process before checkout opens.

Does the price include Chapters 2 and 3?

No. The $10 price is for Chapter 1 only. Future chapters are separate roadmap work, not a promised part of this bundle.

I already paid. What should I do?

Keep your Stripe receipt and do not pay again to solve an access problem. The current paid-page links may require an existing access session. Purchase-support and access-recovery details need to be confirmed before new checkout is opened.
